- Meanwhile take the pastry out the box which I took out the fridge 15 mins before. Then using the paper from the box I placed it on my baking tray.
- On a plate very delicately I cut the pastry into squares. Then placed onto the baking tray. Once the samosa mix was ready and veg was half cooked I let it cool then added the lemon juice.
- Then carefully added mix on to the pastry square and folded this and made the pasty folding carefully a bit fiddly. Brush with milk on top.
- Then in a preheated oven at 180 degrees baked for 20 mins so they were golden brown. Tasted yummy 😋
