  3. Deglaze the bottom of the pot completely by adding a little broth. Add seasonings.
  4. Add stock to pot, mix well. Toss in pasta, Cook covered for 10 Mins. Uncover and cook until pasta is tender. If liquid remains turn it on high to cook the liquid out stirring constantly. Turn off heat, let cool for 5 mins.
