Steps to make to make Pizza
- In a bowl add flour,yeast salt,sugar and butter...mix well to get crumbs flour..dilute the milk with water and mix the flour with it....mix it well until you get soft unstick dough..cover it to rise for 20-30 mins in a warm place.
- For the sauce In a pan add 2 tblspn of oil,when hot add tomato paste,grated pepper add little water and stir..add 1 seasoning cube,spice and stir well..give it 3mins and off the flame..
- For the minced meat In a pan add 5 tblspn of oil,when hot add slice onion,add grated pepper and stir well...add the minced meat,seasoning,salt,spices and stir fry for 5-7mins...till its done/well soft.And off the flame
- Back to your dough...am sure by that time the dough have already rise well..make small balls out of it...and flatten them..make a round shape.
- Rub tomato sauce on top of the round dough...follow by meat..And sliced sausage.
- After sausage,, follow by sliced tomato, sweet pepper,green pepper and sliced onion
- Preheat the oven and bake the pizza for 15-2mins..when done grate or place cheese on top of the pizza..take it back to oven for 2min...off the flame and slice it enjoy dear!!!!
